Ronald Evans
Ronald Evans, 64, of Manchester, passed away Monday, September 2, at his home. Mr. Evans worked for the Manchester Board of Public Affairs and was an Army Korean War veteran. Survivors include his wife, Janet Davis Evans; one son, Earl Evans of Manchester; one daughter, Wendie Shively, also of Manchester; two grandchildren; three brothers, Leonard, Veral and Vennie, all of Manchester, and one sister, Virgie Cole of West Union. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 5, at the Wilson Home for Funerals in Manchester with Rev. John Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Manchester Cemetery. Military services will be by the Adams County Honor Guard. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service Thursday.
